How are you reducing your impact on the environment?

We are always innovating and improving our processes but are incredibly proud of our eco-friendly processes like 100% recyclable and plastic-free packaging and materials and our world-first, fully-circular Mindful Mizzie Recycling Program.

How are you supporting charitable causes and communities?

We currently work with not-for-profit 'Multicap' for the assembly of our Australian-made Memory Match Cards, creating employment opportunities for people living with a disability. And Mizzie's Sound Book, recorded with Brisbane children, donates part of the proceeds of EACH book sold back to the school's music department, Eagle Junction State School Brisbane. We also work closely with the Starlight Foundation, giving happiness to children that are critically ill.

Is your Mizzie The Kangaroo teething toy safe?

Yes, absolutely. Australia’s Original Natural Teething Toy® is certified to all Toy Safety Standards in Australia, New Zealand, USA and Europe. It also is made from 100% natural rubber and is finished off using 100% water-based, non-toxic dyes. That means Mizzie The Kangaroo is free from PVC, BPA, nitrosamines and phthalates, and arguably the best teething toy for your little one.

How do I care for my Mizzie The Kangaroo teething toy?

Simply wipe her down with a cloth and warm soapy water. Do NOT fully submerge Mizzie in water, and do not sterilise or place her in the dishwasher. Watch our how-to video here.

Yes, it sure is. We have also just launched our world-first, fully-circular Mindful Mizzie Recycling Program to repurpose your retired Mizzie The Kangaroo natural rubber teething toys in the construction of new roads right here in Queensland, Australia. You can find out more here.

Ordering your product

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do. Gift cards start at as little as $10 and make the perfect gift for the undecided. You can purchase yours right here.

Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 3 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@mizziethekangaroo.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Skebbsys Toy Box Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, to a certain extent. You can cancel your order within 24 hours by sending an email with your order number to info@mizziethekangaroo.com However, any order before midday will be shipped on the same day. if your order happens to ship before we process your request we, unfortunately, won’t be able to prevent it from going out.

Shipping your product

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate shipping charge within Australia of $10 for all orders up to $85. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free for purchases of $85 or more.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do, charged at International shipping rates.

Do you offer local pickup in Brisbane?

Yes, we do. Simply select pick up at checkout and pick up your order from our retail store located at Shop 8, 160 Racecourse Road, Ascot Village, Ascot.

When will my Mizzie The Kangaroo order arrive?

Shipping times depend on your location and the postal network. We aim to process your order within 1 business day, but what happens after that is usually up to the delivery company.

I haven't received my order. What do I do?

We send you a tracking number by email as soon as we have processed your order and have handed it over to the delivery company. We recommend using the tracking number to keep an eye on your order. In the rare instance that your order doesn’t arrive, please reach out to us and we’ll assist with locating it.
